I began my career as a wholesale representative, where I spent five years learning the lending process from the lender’s perspective and gaining extensive knowledge of loan programs and underwriting guidelines. Later, I took on the challenge of transitioning to the retail side of the business as a mortgage originator, which I have truly enjoyed.
While my primary focus is mortgage lending, I also assist clients with their real estate needs. I am fluent in English, Cantonese Chinese, and Mandarin Chinese, which allows me to serve a diverse range of clients with ease and understanding.
